Hello, ColorStack family! With less than a month left in the semester, now’s the time to stay focused, take care of yourselves, and finish strong. This week, we’re excited to welcome Caterpillar to campus for a special event that gives you an inside look at what life is like as a Caterpillar employee, from career paths to day-to-day experiences. If you’re curious about working in the industry or want to gain insights directly from professionals, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. Make sure to come out and take advantage of it!

Hiring Inside Scoop is a career-focused event in collaboration with Caterpillar designed for students who want a clearer understanding of how to stand out in today’s competitive hiring landscape. If you’re applying to internships or full-time roles and aren’t sure what recruiters are really looking for, this event will give you direct insight from professionals who review applications and conduct interviews. You’ll hear practical advice on resumes, interviews, and common mistakes, see real examples from the hiring process, and have the opportunity to ask your own questions during an open Q&A. If you’re looking to improve your chances and gain an inside perspective on recruiting, this event is a great fit for you. Plus, food will be provided.
