Welcome Back!
Hello, ColorStack family! Welcome back! We hope you’ve enjoyed your spring break and are rested and ready to close out the school year. There is only about 7 weeks, so make sure you put your all into your work in order to ensure a successful semester. We at ColorStack will do our best to support you in that aspect! Read on to learn more about our upcoming events and our e-board applications!

Are you interested in joining our E-board?
Our E-board applications for the next school year are officially open! We’re looking for passionate, driven students to join our Executive Board! Whether you’re a planner, a financial guru, or a communication expert, there’s a role where you can showcase your skills and help our community grow. The E-Board application process has two parts: first the application form, followed by interviews for selected candidates. The application form can be found through the link in our bio. Applications close March 21st, so make sure to submit yours before the deadline! Don’t miss the chance to lead, collaborate and make a difference in the ColorStack and Computer Science community at Virginia Tech!

Join us for an engaging presentation and interactive showcase on undergraduate research opportunities at Virginia Tech! Discover how you can get involved in research during your time at VT, whether on campus, over the summer, or through funded programs beyond the university. In collaboration with the Office of Undergraduate Research, we’ll break down real pathways to getting started, including research programs, funding opportunities, course credit options, and strategies for connecting with faculty mentors. If you’ve ever wondered how students get involved in research or how you can start your own project, this event will give you the tools and resources to take the first step. Come learn, ask questions, and explore how research can become part of your academic journey!
